Lovedales is a creative design, branding, print and digital solutions agency. We help businesses create professional visual identities through graphic design, branding, websites, print production, signage, marketing material, social media content and more.

Orders & Quotations
How do I request a quotation?
You can:
- Complete our online order form
- Email us your requirements
- Contact us through WhatsApp or social media
We aim to respond to quotation requests within one business day.
How long is a quotation valid?
All quotations remain valid for 14 calendar days, unless otherwise stated.
Can prices change?
Yes. Prices may change due to:
- Supplier increases
- Material shortages
- Exchange rate fluctuations
- Specification changes requested by the client
Artwork
Can you design my artwork?
Yes. Our creative team offers professional design services for businesses, events and individuals.
Can I supply my own artwork?
Absolutely. Artwork should preferably be supplied as:
- AI
- EPS
- SVG
- High-resolution PNG
Where applicable:
- CMYK colour
- 3 mm bleed
- Fonts outlined
- Images minimum 300 dpi
Will you check my artwork?
We perform a basic preflight inspection. We do not proofread spelling, grammar or content unless design services have been purchased.
Do you provide proofs?
Yes. Artwork created by Lovedales includes a digital proof for approval before production. We do not provide proofs for artwork supplied entirely by clients unless specifically requested.
Printing
How long does printing take?
Standard production: 5–7 working days
Large production runs, specialty finishes or outsourced items may require additional time. Rush services may be available.
When does production begin?
Production starts once:
- Artwork has been approved
- Payment has been received (where applicable)
- All required information has been supplied
Can I make changes after approving artwork?
No. Once artwork has been approved and production has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed and additional costs may apply.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- EFT (Bank Transfer)
- Approved electronic payment methods
Is a deposit required?
Yes. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Orders under R2,000 require full payment upfront.
- Larger projects require a minimum 50% deposit.
How do I send proof of payment?
Please email your proof of payment to: finance@lovedales.co.za
Please include your quotation, invoice or order number.
Does payment reflect immediately?
Bank payments may take between one and three business days to reflect. Payments may take longer during weekends and public holidays.
Delivery
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery charges depend on destination, size and weight. Collection is also available where arranged.
Is delivery insured?
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed.
Websites & Digital Services
Do you build websites?
Yes. We design and develop websites tailored to your business requirements.
Do websites include hosting?
Hosting and domain registration are quoted separately unless included in your package.
Do you offer website maintenance?
Yes. Maintenance packages are available upon request.
