Turnaround Times: Standard initial concepts are delivered within 7 to 14 business days from the receipt of both the deposit and all required brand assets.

Rush Requests: Projects requiring delivery within less than 5 business days will incur a standard 25% rush fee surcharge on the final quote.

Revisions: The final quoted amount includes up to two (2) rounds of minor adjustments. Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly studio rate of R650 per hour.

Payment Terms: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure studio time. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full prior to the release of final high-resolution or source files.

Asset Supply: The client assumes responsibility for providing high-quality imagery, correct copy, and vector logos. The studio is not liable for project delays caused by outstanding client assets.

Proofing Liability: Final proofreading is the sole responsibility of the client. The studio is not financially liable for printing errors, typos, or layout issues once the client has provided final sign-off.

Print Proofing & Production: For print jobs, the studio provides print-ready digital files layout-matched to the client's requested specs. Hard-copy mockups and physical print vendor coordination are billed as separate line items. The studio does not accept responsibility for colour variance caused by external printing presses, paper stocks, or finishes.

Physical Delivery: All final digital assets are delivered via a secure download link. Physical items, prints, or storage drives must be collected from our studio or will be couriered to the client's provided billing address at the client's own expense.

Copyright & Ownership: All preliminary concepts and working files remain the intellectual property of the studio. Final approved design files transfer ownership to the client only upon settlement of the final invoice.
